ABOUT ME

Caroline Widdop: How I got started...

Starting at a young age, being involved in all types of sports was just a stepping stone to my fitness journey. Each year I played I grew more and more fascinated with fitness. Every coach I had taught me all of their own lessons. Going into high school I struggled with an eating disorder, which in turn caused struggles with body image. I started working with a personal trainer who showed me how much fitness can help people both mentally and physically. That was when I knew I wanted to help people in the way my coaches help myself and those around me. I hope to one day be the coach that helps people understand the benefits of exercise just like my coach did for me.
